About the Position:
Flexocraft is a leading paper bag printing and packaging company. We are seeking a driven Production Coordinator / Manager to serve as the central hub between our Harrison headquarters and our international points of contact (POCs). This role is critical to ensuring smooth production operations, proactive issue resolution, and consistent communication across our global network.
What You’ll Do:
- International POC Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between Flexocraft and production points of contact across international locations
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all international POCs to ensure alignment on production standards
- Conduct structured weekly meetings with POCs to review status updates, flag concerns, and track action items
Production Oversight
- Monitor and manage day-to-day production operations, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or quality issues
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and capacity coordination across facilities
- Lead maintenance planning and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Hold regular meetings with account managers to surface any client-facing production gaps or service issues
- Partner with internal teams to translate client requirements into actionable production plans
- Document and report on key production metrics, escalating issues to leadership as needed
Process Improvement
- Identify recurring inefficiencies in international production workflows and recommend solutions
- Support the development and rollout of standardized production SOPs across all locations
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in production coordination, operations management, or a related role
- Background in printing, packaging, or paper manufacturing strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing or coordinating with international teams or vendors
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable leading meetings across time zones
- Proficiency in production planning tools, project management software, or ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes
- Organized, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
- Packaging or print production experience is a plus
