About the Role
The Vietnam Production Liaison will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process at our partner factories in Vietnam, ensuring product quality standards are met, and coordinating timely shipments to our warehouse. This position requires someone who can effectively communicate with both our US-based team and Vietnamese factory personnel to ensure seamless production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor orders as they enter production at Vietnam-based manufacturing facilities
- Track production progress throughout the manufacturing cycle to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify that bags are produced and manufactured according to Flexocraft specifications and standards
- Coordinate and arrange shipments to ensure timely delivery of finished products to our warehouse
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Flexocraft and Vietnam factory partners
- Communicate production updates, issues, and timelines to Flexocraft management
- Maintain detailed production records and documentation using spreadsheet software
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations
Required Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (written and verbal)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and organizational levels
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality control and documentation
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple production orders simultaneously and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in production management, quality control, or supply chain coordination
- Familiarity with the bag manufacturing or textile industry
- Experience working with international teams or clients
